"Does your treating orthotist have an undergraduate degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics?"

The National Centre for Prosthetics and Orthotics (NCPO)  at Latrobe University in Melbourne offers the only clinical course in Prosthetics and Orthotics in the Australasian region. A Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics (BPO) is offered full-time over three and a half years, with honours and higher level postgraduate studies available. The award of BPO includes a broad range of Prosthetic and Orthotic theoretical and clinical studies, as well as biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, social sciences and materials technology.
